I’m Shaoting He, a registered nurse working in intensive care in Nova Scotia.

In the ICU, a small change can deserve your full attention. Nursing has shaped how I observe, communicate, and take responsibility.

I bring that discipline to building software: understand the problem, make the details count, and keep improving what people use.
